Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you need to exchange or return items, please don't hesitate to contact us. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For exchanges (if MJV made a mistake): If we made a mistake on your order (i.e. wrong size, incorrect item, etc.), we will refund you the cost of return shipping after the item has been returned to us. Please email a copy of your shipping receipt to confirm this cost. Your replacement item will be shipped to you after we receive your returned item - please allow 3-5 business days for us to ship your replacement items.
For other exchanges/returns: If you decide you would like a different size or item than what was originally ordered, or would like to return an item(s), the cost of shipping the item back to us will be your own. If you are returning the item, we will refund you the cost of the item only (the product must be returned in undamaged, new condition for it to be eligible for a refund).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the email receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at store@monarchjointventure.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Once your return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
